Warranty Coverage

Yaopei offers a 12-month limited warranty on all our aftermarket auto parts from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

  • Applies to all sensors, actuators, and electronic components.
  • Guarantees replacement or refund if the part fails within 12 months due to manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
  • Parts used for racing, competition, or modified vehicles.
  • Damage from accidents, external impacts, or environmental exposure.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumables (e.g., filters, fluids).
  • Labor costs or indirect costs associated with part failure.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our customer service team at yaopeiparts@gmail.com with your order number and product details.
  2. Provide clear photos or video showing the part and the issue.
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your warranty request within 2–3 business days.
  4. We will issue a replacement or refund according to the warranty terms.

Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed defective under warranty, Yaopei will cover the return shipping cost. If the product is returned without approval or is found not to be defective, the buyer may be responsible for shipping.
